When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Stone Food and Drink Festival and yourself.
Prices
Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.
Online Booking
Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold. Any discounts or offers are only available on-line and are not available on bookings made by phone or in person.

VAT
Prices include VAT; VAT registration number 108887479 .
Your receipt e-mail is a VAT receipt.
Delivery
Your barcoded automated email is your ticket for entry to the festival so please ensure that you bring it with you as NO entry will be given without a valid ticket (printed or on mobile device display).
Data Protection & Security
The Stone Food & Drink Festival will not pass your data to anyone else. We may from time to time send you information about the Festival and any other future events in which we are involved. You may unsubscribe at any time.
CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD SECURITY
Your credit or debit card details will not be seen or stored by us. They will be processed securely by our Payments Processor, Beyonk and Stripe, who are approved by Visa, MasterCard and all the major banks. The system is fully encrypted to industry standard 128 Bit SSL.
Your contact details and details of your purchase (other than your card details) are held by us on a secure server, and information sent from this website to the secure server is encrypted.

REFUNDS
All tickets are sold on a non-refundable basis.
No refunds will be issued if the Stone Food & Drink Festival is cancelled, postponed, curtailed or interrupted due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organisers, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, acts of God, government restrictions, public health emergencies, industrial action, or failure of suppliers or venues.
Refunds will only be issued where the Festival is cancelled by the Organisers for reasons entirely within their control. Where applicable, the refund process will be published on this website.
In the event that a workshop is cancelled by the Organiser, a refund will be issued for the workshop booking only.
No refunds will be issued in any other circumstances.
