The team behind the Stone Food & Drink Festival is celebrating the news that the event will return to its ‘spiritual home’ of Westbridge Park in 2024 by launching a special early-brid ticket offer throughout December.
The event will run on Friday 5th, Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th July and, following a move to an out-of-town venue due to development work at Westbridge Park in 2023, will once again take place a stone’s throw from the bustling town centre.
From 1st December, food lovers will be able to snap up 3-day tickets to the event at half price – or just £12.50pp. The tickets will give revellers access to the festival over all three days and would make a great Christmas gift for foodies – especially given that by July 3-day passes will be £25pp. Festival Chairman, Richard Stevens, says:
“We are delighted to be bringing the festival back to Westbridge Park. 2023 was a challenge with not only a change of venue but also the weather, but we were determined to put on a show for both our traders and visitors and we’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who turned up and supported us, and to our fantastic sponsors.
“Being back at Westbridge Park brings the event back to its roots – it has always been, and will always be, about bringing visitors into Stone to support local businesses while promoting Staffordshire as a food & drink destination. We can’t wait till July to see everyone back at the park.”
The 2024 Stone Food & Drink Festival will see the usual mix of live cookery demos, gourmet marquee shopping, street food, pop-up bars, talks & tastings, live music and family fun that has seen the event become a real ‘red letter’ day in the foodie calendar, attracting visitors from far & wide.
The half price 3-day ticket offer will run from Friday 1st December through to midnight on Monday 1st January; with tickets available to buy from the festival website. From January, the ‘early bird’ online ticket prices of 1-day ticket for £8pp; 2-day ticket for £15pp and 3-day ticket for £20pp will come into effect, with prices rising incrementally up to the big weekend* (so the earlier you buy, the more you save)!
