Originally from Chester, Kris spent seven years working at 1 Michelin star, The Chester Grosvenor Hotel and has staged in some of Britain’s top restaurants, owned by the likes of Tom Kitchin and Tom Brown. In his spare time, Kris is a keen forager and vegetable grower and can often be found in his family allotment.
